Meet Stella Orange
Hello, there. I’m Stella Orange, founder and creative director of StellaOrange.com. I’m proud to tell you that we’re entering our fifth year of business.
(I just saw that half of all businesses that started 5 years ago are still around. Not only are we still here, we’re just getting warmed up!).
I got my start as a copywriter. Businesses hired me to write their websites, sales pages (those long sales letters that, yes, actually work), and sales emails.
Lucky for me, I got snatched up by some well-known coaches.

Oh, and you’ll also get clear about what sets you apart from the other guy.

WEEK 2: How to get in the heads of your ideal clients
Most business owners fall heart-achingly short when it comes to CONNECTING with their readers. This is a big part of why writing DOESN’T sell. This week, you’ll learn my secret to connecting with your audience, plus my favorite techniques to catching attention in a noisy world.

WEEK 3: Generate ideas that people are hungry for (and a preview call that gets buyers on the line)
Once you’ve got your basic message down, it’s time to start writing. Stella will take you through an idea generating process, and help you workshop a topic + sexy title for your next preview call. This session is about understanding how to position your topic in a way that shifts the same old conversation. You’ll tap into your creative process… and come up with a title that’s catnip to your ideal clients.

WEEK 4: Craft a sexy title for your preview call + nail the opt-in page
This week, you’ll find out how to write a simple “opt-in page” to promote your preview call. Learn the basic “flow” of sales writing… and discover how intuitive it can be. Plus, you’ll learn how to share more of YOUR personality in your writing – and write in YOUR voice. You’ll also learn how to craft mouth-watering bullet lists that make people WANT to show up to get the goods.

WEEK 5: Everything you need to know about writing emails – and no more.
Writing emails can win you friends and loads of business. So this week, you’ll get my secret “how I write emails that get people clicking + buying” recipe. WEEK 6: Group Writing Review (Team Satsuma)
This week, half the group will pick either a sales email or preview call page to present. WEEK 7: How to sequence emails in a launch
There’s a big difference between sending an email, and creating a systematic email campaign that moves people towards buying. This week, you’ll learn how to write a variety of the most effective promotional emails, outline emails quickly and “storyboard” emails so that there’s a common thread that connects them all.

WEEK 8: How to write a sales page that sells like hotcakes without wanting to die
If you’ve ever written a sales page, you know: it can be a HUGE time (and soul) suck. And if you haven’t written a sales page yet, good news: you’ll learn how to write it in HALF the time that it takes you on your own. It used to take me 10 hours to write a sales page. WEEK 9: Group Writing Review (Team Clementine)

Q: How many people in the program?
Great question—we’re capping at 12. I like smaller groups because I need to know who you are and where you’re at in your business to help you message and write.
Q: I’ve got a copywriter on my team (or my VA writes for me). Can she take the lab instead of me?
Yes. And here’s what I’d suggest – both of you come to the first 3 classes (that’s the first month). We’ll get your story, brand, and positioning out of you… and she’ll get trained in how to use those things in your message. Then, in the second and third months, she’ll get trained in writing a launch, using the work you did upfront. You’re both welcome to show up for the Writing Review session.
I’ve worked with business owners and their team in this way before, and it’s a great way to get good people trained, without you having to do it all yourself.

Q: I’m on the fence about group programs. Can I just work with you privately?
